Refund Policy

This policy explains when SiapSite Studio (SiapSite) refunds payments. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Our guarantee
See it first, pay later. Nothing to pay before you approve the preview. One-off packages pay the balance only after the site is live and you are happy. Monthly plan not right for you in the first 30 days? Full refund.
1. Before you approve the preview
You pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
2. One-off packages
- If we cannot deliver the site you approved, we refund everything you have paid for that package.
- The final payment is due only after your site is live and you are happy with it. If something is not right at go-live, tell us and we will fix it before you pay the balance.
- Once the site is live and paid in full, completed work is not refundable. Yearly renewals already started are not refundable.
3. Monthly plans
- The guarantee above covers your first period. Ask within that time and we refund in full.
- After that, you can cancel as described in our Terms of Service. We do not refund part-months.
4. Your domain
If we refund you, the domain registered in your name stays yours.
5. Add-ons
If we have not started an add-on, we refund it in full. Once it has been delivered, it is not refundable.
6. How to ask for a refund
Send your business name and payment reference by WhatsApp (+60 11-6541 2547) or email ([email protected]). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the account you paid from within 14 days.
